Who we are

Aetos FPV is a drone filming business based in London. If you have any questions about this notice or your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the type of space, your postcode and anything you write in the message box. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, arrange and deliver your film. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Form submissions are passed to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare and our email is handled by Google. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. If you become a client, we keep job records for as long as needed for accounts and insurance, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Filming and people in shot

If staff, guests or members of the public appear in a film, we agree this with the client beforehand and brief everyone in shot. Ask us if you would like anyone blurred or removed from a final film.
